Founded BermiLabs as a platform for developing Web applications for startups from Barcelona.
Cofounder of Akelos Media in 2003, where he developed the PHP version of the Web application creation platform Ruby on Rails.
He actively collaborates in several Open Source projects.
Bermi is coorganizer of the iWeekend event and was a speaker in PHP Conference Barcelona 08.
